I am so happy with the service that I received from this CAA-approved auto shop. Their mechanic Dmitriy was very friendly, professional, and straightforward. He explained everything to us in a manner we could easily follow and he even demonstrated the issue that was causing our problem. He also offered us options, making sure that whatever we chose was up to us and that we stayed within our budget. This was definitely a change from our past interactions when taking our car in for service at the dealership. At least everyone here, from the Front Desk Clerk to the assistants, were very nice and courteous. We are so glad that we now have somewhere we can take our car and trust that we are getting the best service.
