Was taken here by CAA as they were the closest service shop where you can purchase tires (mine ripped to shreds on the hwy). I had my dog with me in the car. The employees here were so friendly and welcoming and super helpful! Myself as a young woman with my relatively new dog felt super safe having been delivered here alone. Although they didn't have the tire I needed, they took the time to assist in looking for tires and let us wait for my family to retrieve me with a temp. spare from home (1hr away)! Very nice customer service and quick job when my tire arrived. Thanks!

Cochrane Automotive is the most honest shop I've been to in 25 years

Probably the best automotive repair place I have been to. First time I brought the car in, it was repaired in a few short hours and I was on my way, hassle free and at a good price. Second time I went in they mentioned the part was under warrantee. They got me back on the road in no time and it didn't cost me a single cent. They have won me over and I will be continuing to bring the rest of my business here. They are no BS, quick and reliable. Super rare in car repair and I'm happy to have found them.

Back in the spring my old car died and I had to have it towed to an auto repair. CAA suggested a few and I chose Cochrane as I was not that far from there. Boy, did I choose correctly! Ju took care of assessing my car and I immediately noticed this is a place where straight shooting is the rule. After determining that I was scraping my car Ju was super helpful on figuring out the best options and very understanding of my situation as I had to wait for the scrapping company to come pick it up.
