Independent Follow-Up
Following your vehicle service, you will receive a telephone call from Lillian Cooper, an independent agent hired by John Cochrane, to ensure you are happy with our service and that your vehicle is running to your satisfaction. She will report any concerns directly to John so that the situation can be corrected.
Go Train & Subway Commuters
Why not drop your car off on the way to work? We are conveniently located near the Kipling Subway and Kipling Go Train Stop. Just exit the station by the South Parking Lot, walk to Kipling Ave, and you will be at the lights at Olivewood Ave. Walk East on Olivewood two blocks and you will be at the corner of Shawbridge Ave. Olivewood changes to Chauncey Ave here. We are located on the corner of Chauncey and Shawbridge.
After Hours Drop Off Service
You can drop your vehicle off before or after hours! (Regular hours are 8:00 am to 5:30 pm.) Look for the mailbox to the left of the red door, complete the information on the front of the envelope, put your keys inside, and drop it through the mail slot.
Please let us know if you can’t pick your vehicle up by 6:00 pm. We will be happy to process payment in advance by credit card and lock your keys in the car, providing you have a second set.

Counseling on Your Vehicle
