Was pleasantly surprised that across the Christmas holidays when most garages were closed for business, Cochrane not only accepted my vehicle in the late afternoon and agreed to complete the alternator replacement first off the next morning, but also provided a courtesy car for me to get home. They completed the work as promised the following morning and i was able to pick up my car before noon. Much appreciated.

They were also able to accomodate me when a different repair issue was urgently required. The team really are trusted advisors.

Our car a VW Tiguan would not start so we called CAA who promptly sent a tow truck. The Truck driver tried to help starting the car but it did not work so we towed the car to COCHRANE AUTOMOTIVE. The mechanics at COCHRANE AUTOMOTIVE inspected the car almost immidiately and determined that the starter motor needed replacement. I authorized the work and COCHRANE AUTOMOTIVE replaced the old starter motor with a new motor within LESS THAN 24 HOURS. I am very satisfied with the work and service COCHRANE AUTOMOTIVE has provided.
