I took my Chrysler Pacifica to Cochrane Automotive for inspection and I’m happy I looked up CAA approved shops on line and chose Cochrane. My appointment was kept on time, the facilities to wait are roomy and comfortable and staff were professional and courteous, right from my call to book visit. A special shout out to Tony who inspected my van. He brought me into the shop and explained his findings. He patiently answered my questions and obviously had a wealth of experience and knowledge. Was pleasantly surprised that across the Christmas holidays when most garages were closed for business, Cochrane not only accepted my vehicle in the late afternoon and agreed to complete the alternator replacement first off the next morning, but also provided a courtesy car for me to get home. They completed the work as promised the following morning and i was able to pick up my car before noon. Much appreciated.

Always excellent and courteous service provided by knowledgable experts at Cochrane Automotive. In past services, they've let me know honestly that a repair I had requested was not actually needed. They were also able to accomodate me when a different repair issue was urgently required. The team really are trusted advisors.
